- Build and improve digital learning solutions that help people find and use knowledge more easily.
- Connect learning tools with other systems such as ERP, CRM and collaboration platforms.
- Create learning experiences directly within the product, so users can learn while they work.
- Set up automated ways to share knowledge, for example through emails, notifications, chatbots or AI-supported content.
- Develop gamification features that make learning more engaging and effective.
- Track how people use the learning solutions and improve them based on data and user feedback.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to make sure learning solutions support business goals.
