You'll work closely with engineering, finance, customer success, and other product teams to deliver capabilities that make chargecloud market-ready across Europe.
Your domain spans key areas such as localization fundamentals (formatting, time zones, regional settings), tax & fiscal compliance readiness, invoicing & billing runs, billing-related integrations (e.g. ERP/finance exports), and output management (invoice templates, archiving).
- Take full ownership of localization readiness (billing focus) and ensure sustained progress across all related topics
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing autonomously with product strategy, customer needs, and compliance requirements in mind
- Define and refine requirements with engineering leads and relevant stakeholders; translate complex localization, billing, and regulatory topics into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes
- Drive international rollouts and market entries – ensuring chargecloud is ready for new countries (regional settings, formatting, time zones, tax/fiscal requirements, invoicing rules, multi-currency)
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Operations to ensure requirements are understood, implemented, and validated
- Manage service providers and integrate third-party solutions
- Find methods to prove concepts and collaborate with customers on a regular basis.
- Maintain and communicate a roadmap that balances new market entry, regulatory changes, and platform stability
- Ensure transparent cross-team collaboration and alignment with adjacent domains (e.g. CRM, Tariff Management, Platform Services).
- Work closely within our Product Development organization, iteratively delivering new capabilities and improving existing ones
