- You lead and develop the People Operations & People Support team, creating clarity, structure, and accountability
- You ensure smooth and reliable employee lifecycle processes (from contracts to onboarding and HRIS)
- You design and continuously improve scalable People Operations & People Support processes, standard operating procedures, and tools
- You translate People & Culture strategy and policies into efficient operational workflows
- You act as a trusted operational counterpart within People & Culture and enable the function to scale

- You bring several years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / People Support / Backoffice / HR Administration, ideally in a growing organisation
- You have proven people leadership experience and enjoy developing teams
- You have strong experience with HR processes and HRIS systems
- You are highly structured, reliable, and execution-focused
- You can communicate clearly in both English & German
